About the event
Join Battleground JKD for an empowering Women’s Self-Defense Workshop designed to build confidence, awareness, and practical skills for real-world situations. This hands-on session will focus on close‑quarter strikes, boundary setting, and situational awareness drills that are simple to learn and effective under stress. Our experienced instructors will guide you step‑by‑step in a safe, supportive environment where all fitness levels are welcome. Ages 13 and up are invited to attend; please wear active attire and bring a water bottle. Wellness shots will be available on site to help you refuel and recover after training.
